Carryduff was a strategic location to open for business in 1985, the commuter village straddling the main A24 and A7 arterial routes was evolving given its excellent position just a few miles from Belfast on the South side. Since that time Alan Newell has combined his many years of considerable experience with a professionalism and direct contact approach towards his many clients as his general practice business developed.
The only Estate Agent based in Carryduff, Alan Newell applies his local knowledge of the area and surrounding hinterland to good effect.
It is now a family practice as Alan has been recently joined by his daughter Cherith following her graduation from the University of Ulster with a BSc First Class Honours degree
Foremost to their business is the sale and letting of residential and Commercial property and that includes individual building sites for which Alan Newell has developed considerable experience in their appraisal and disposal.
